Lots of cars already in the parking lot but I know they're all folks heading up so I follow along.
The Bluebells are now in bloom.
And the Solomon Seals have buds.
Along the way I find a couple of Orangetips, a couple Painted Ladies, 10+ Spring Azures, a CA Tortoiseshell and two guys. Yes, I find an Anise Swallowtail at the trail head parking (and I see another on my down)
and Juba Skipper seen on the way down.
At the parking lot, I find two deer that are trying to find a way over the fence. Hope they find it and avoid the traffic!
Lots of folks today and the frustrating part is several were taking the whole road even though there were only 2 or 3 in the a group. Very rude in my opinion.

But still an awesome walk!
